U samom središtu mjesta Selca na otoku Braču je otvorena prva kušaonica maslinovog ulja pod nazivom Bracchia. Naime, to je vrlo atraktivan projekt koji pravim gurmanima i zaljubljenicima u ovaj domaći proizvod nudi potpuni doživljaj i iskustvo tradicionalnih okusa i mirisa otoka Brača. Ovdje tako imate priliku kušati razna lokalna maslinova ulja neupitne kvalitete koje vrijedno i pažljivo proizvode OPG-ovi, brački težaki, ali i suvremene uljare. Bračko ulje je posebno po tome što se dobiva isključivo oa autohtonih bračkih sorti. Organskom proizvodnjom te hladnim prešanjem kako bi se očuvala nutritivna vrijednost i bogatstvo mirisa i okusa.

This place is spectacular. It is an olive oil tasting centre. It has several varieties of olive oil. I bought some to go and use at home. Wonderful place

I visited the island of Brach and I had the chance to try the olive oil in this place. I must say that this is one of the best olive oils I had. The taste is amazing and fresh and can be used for salads, pasta, meat, or even for cooking

The Brachia Olive Oil was perfect to people like us who love authentic flavours. I use the olive oil for pasta , marinades and salad dressings It is perfect for dipping and dizzling.

The Brac oil grown obtained from indigenous trees from Brac was the top-notch in the list of my favorites. I loved that it was freshly pressed, had a rich aroma, and was completely organic with zero additives.

The traditional flavours and aromas of the Bracchia are enticing to visitors.We tasted various local olive oils and it felt like a heaven to us. Will come back for more.
