Moshchenichka Draga is a small resort located about fifteen kilometers from the center of Opatija and has been a beloved resort since the end of the 19th century. Its promenade is adorned with numerous old villas surrounded by pine trees and Mediterranean vegetation, complete with a sweet little harbour dotted with fishing boats. The coast of Moshchenichka Draga is made of a series of seven beaches, the most famous one being the Sipar Beach. Its shore is made of pebbles and sand from the Drashka stream. Due to the shallow sea and pleasant walking terrain, it is suitable for children and the elderly. This beach has been awarded the Blue Flag certificate and you will find a number of entertainment and catering facilities on it with a rich offer of amenities. The section of the beach located in front of Villa Zagreb, hidden and surrounded by rocks, is particularly lovely. At the very end of the beach, a section has been designated as a nude beach.
