We were here with my friends and what amazed us most about this place is how the traditions of the Istrian people have survived to this day. We also experienced the indigenous Istrian life through their delicious foods and wines and even cultural heritage. By the end of our trip, we had vowed to maintain our traditions too like the Istrians.

A place full of historical connections, holding some of the oldest structures that would interest any curious person. The structures found here have interesting historical backgrounds, and is a wonderful and educative place. In good weather one cansupport the peaks of the Alp from the lookout in the place, and it is the cherry on top of the visit.

This place had a rich cultural life and historic monuments. I visited several monuments which were erected at different places in the countryside. Each monument had a story of it's own revealing the well preserved history of this place.

It was like a dream come true to visit this destination where the first documented meteorite fell.The pyramid above Pipinich's road offered us with unique views of the surroundings. There were several sacral buildings around for our spiritual nourishment.

A place surrounded with meadows, a fresh and captivating change in scene for any person living in the city. Interacting with the inhabitants and getting to hear some of the legends of the area make sthe visit a little bit interesting. I would recommend it to anyone just seeking to go somewhere away from the city.

I came to this place for an active vacation. I went hiking for hours. I rented a bike which I used for cycling around the town. It was great to feel relaxed. I made friends who were funny and they made me laugh a lot. I enjoyed my stay here.

I learnt of how the concept of " Let's go for the devil" was created, our tour guide told us that there was once a beautiful oak that people called the devil. The meadows surrounding the elevated grounds glorified the magical beauty of nature. Will definitely come back .

This place is ideal for outdoors people and people looking to just have a change in the normal usual views. Semich offers a different scene, a rural one that makes one actually appreciate life, but what i did enjoy most was getting the chance to hike and just experience nature at its fullest.

I loved the untouched natural vegetation at this place. The lush greenery and rocky landscapes were such a beautiful sight. I enjoyed inhaling fresh air in a cool environment. The sound of the flowing river in the valley below soothed my nerves. I listened to birds chipping and occasional cry of the owl at a distance. I enjoyed my vacation

I learnt that Semich was a hiding and secure place for many refugees during the Ottoman attacks. At the meadows , our eyes were graced by a relaxing idyllic rural scene such as numerous cattle grazing . I discovered the untouched nature of Uchka by hiking through the hiking trails found here.
