Tvrđava Mirabela nalazi se na vrhu povijesne jezge grada Omiša i jedan je od simbola grada. Sagrađena je u 13. stoljeću kao izvidnica od neprijatelja. Tu su omiški gusari pratili neprijatelja i mogli su pokrenuti uzbunu i prije nego bi se neprijateljski brodovi mogli približiti Omišu. S tvrđave se pruža pogled na cijeli grad i Brački kanal. Tvrđava se sastoji od 4 kata, a na vrhu je predivan vidikovac. Do tvrđave se stiže iz starog grada. Potrebno je oko 10 minuta hoda, ali je jedan dio strmiji.

Mirabela fortress has an amazing paranomic view. Climbing a narrow ladder to the top is what I enjoyed a lot.

Nice old fortress at the rocks that i visited and the rich medieval history was intresting with great views of the beach and the city.

The view from the top in the night was awesome and it is a very cheap place to visit. We had a great time walking to the top it was like a hiking adventure
