Tavern Toni is located in the beautiful eco ethno village Dol on the island of Brac with a tradition of 35 years. The menu is full of original Dalmatian and Brač specialties made according to traditional recipes. For the preparation of dishes, only locally grown, seasonal and fresh Brač ingredients are used: lamb, cheese and prosciutto. Fish and seafood are procured from local Postira fishermen. In the Toni tavern, you will also find the most famous traditional cake on Brač - homemade hrapacusa. The wine list contains numerous Croatian labels, and local local wines go best with food. The ambience is autochthonous and exudes tradition, and the staff is friendly and cordial.
