Sirana Gligora
Sirana Gligora nalazi se na otoku Pagu. Obitelj Gligora ima dugu tradiciju proizvodnje Paškog sira, još od 1918. godine. Ljubav prema ovčarstvu i siru prenosi se s generacije na generaciju. Danas je to suvremena sirana, a njihovi sirevi višestruko su nagrađivani u Hrvatskoj i inozemstvu. Godine 2009. izgrađena je nova, suvremeno opremljena sirana u Kolanu. Sirana nudi mogućnost vođenog obilaska sirane te degustaciju sireva.

My visit to the Gligora cheese factory in Inkolan was very interesting and I was able to learn different things about how cheese is produced, the process of creating Kilgore cheese, and also different types of cheese.

We toured the cheese factory. I learnt how cheese is processed and how cheese processing has evolved over the years. I was really touched by the community's love for sheep keeping. It was impressive
