Near Mali Lošinj, in a dense pine forest, Valdarke Beach is located in the middle of nowhere. You will not find any additional facilities or catering facilities on the beach itself, which makes it an ideal oasis of peace.

It is as if time has stopped in this bay whose promenade will take you to Veli Lošinj and the open sea and give you a view of the islands of Cres, Rab, Pag, Oruda and Palacola and the mountain Velebit on the mainland.

Nothing much going on in this beach which is awesome if you feel like having some alone time with some good music and cool breeze. I really enjoyed even walking in the dense pine forest and loved the fact that the promenade led to Veli Losinj where you could enjoy the view of other seas which are as beautiful. You can also see the mountain Velebit from this view.

The water is extraordinary and the sand very fine! You can rent and carry an umbrella from the bar on the top of the hill. It takes around 15 minutes to go down the hill and about 20 to go up. Absolutely must do while in Mali Lošinj.

The nature at Valdarke beach was lovely! The beach was surrounded by tall pine trees that plug down the sea to protect one from hot summer sun. I enjoyed swimming at this beach since the water was clean and cool.
