This beautiful historical fountain dating from the 15th century adorns Dubrovnik's main street - Stardun. The small Onofrio's Fountain was built by Onofrio della Cava. Its specialty is the relief of naked boys, and dolphin figures with shells, masquerades and kneeling boys on a pole for collecting and pouring water. Today, this fountain, in addition to the decoration itself, which attracts the eyes of many tourists, is also part of the stage for the play "Novel from Stanac" by famous Croatian writer Marin Drzhich.
