If you want to go back in history, a long long back, don’t miss visiting the village of Skrip.

This is the oldest settlement on the island of Brach and it is riddled with artefacts and architecture that speak volumes about its long history. The Illyrian prehistoric rampart was built here 1400 BC, followed by a Roman mausoleum and the Radojkovich Fort, all part of the town’s Cyclopean walls. Aside from several churches, one of which dates back the the 4th century AD, the town is most famous for its museum, the Brach Museum, located in the Radojkovich Fort. The fort, is in turn, purported to be the burial site of the emperor Diocletian’s daughter Valeria and his wife Priska.
