Die Maslinica-Bucht liegt etwa 2 km vom Zentrum entfernt in der Nähe des Fährhafens Stari Grad.
Es ist der einzige Sandstrand in der Bucht von Stari Grad, den Sie mit dem Auto erreichen können, mit Parkplätzen in der Nähe des Strandes.
Zu den anderen kleineren Buchten der Altstadtbucht gelangen Sie mit dem Auto entlang der Halbinsel Kabal, mit einem Boot, das Sie bei mehreren Bootsverleihern in der Altstadt mieten können, oder mit einem Taxiboot, das Sie in die Bucht Ihrer Wahl bringt.

I specifically loved this beach because it can be accessed by car. So you can drive yourself, and there is enough parking which is actually free! Out of the beaches I visited in the area this is the only one which sand. There are well maintained public amenities. Well stocked shops and cafes are in close proximity.

To just park and enjoy the view of the bay with some good music and a refreshment was what I was going for until I heard about the boats that could be hired from the Old Town. My friends and I rented one and ofcos came with a guide and the visit to other bays was quite enjoyable too.I loved the fact that this Bay had options of also allowing access to other bays which was quite interesting.

The clear water and lovely view made the beach an extremely pleasant holiday location. What made me to give it a five star review is the fact that it’s near big hotel but the place is very peaceful.
