It is located in one of the most beautiful architectural achievements in Rijeka from the end of the 19th century. In the park in front of the museum there are torpedo launch tubes that remind us that this weapon was conceived, developed, tested for the first time and then produced in Rijeka for many decades!

I loved the museum's architecture and exhibits. We visited as a family and each of us loved it there. Ideal for families and young explorers

There are a lot of places worth visiting in Rijeka. One of the most beautiful places is maritime and historical museum called "Prirodnog Zavoda Znanosti". I visited this place with friends and we had a good time there because it was very interesting. We saw old ship models, photos about trade ships and Rijeka commerce, picture about different fish species and many more.
