The Faust Vranchich Memorial Center is dedicated to the life and work of this versatile humanist born in Shibenik. Faust Vranchich (1551-1617) was an inventor, lexicographer, polyglot, philosopher, theologian and polyhistor. He is best known for inventing the first functional parachute. The exhibition consists of models of his inventions and his most significant written works. Multimedia and interactive content will interest all generations - from the oldest to the youngest.
