This church is certainly the most interesting sacral building in the Buzet deanery, because it is defined by as many as three magnificent epochs and phases of its construction, which resulted in a unique shape and characteristics. One interesting detail from the interior of this church is the magnificent sanctuary with a ribbed star-shaped vault. This example of a vault is unique for the entire Istrian region, which makes this Church unique.
