Church of St. James the Apostle was built of stone, in the Romanesque style, and laid in an east-west direction. This means that the main altar of the church is located on the east, and the facade faces west.

It dates from the first decade of the 19th century. From the available documents and the appearance of the church, it can be assumed that it was built in several stages.
