Crkva svete Eufemije u Gračišću sagrađena je 1383. godine, a temeljito obnovljena 1864. godine. U unutrašnjosti se nalazi monumentalno romaničko raspelo iz 13. stoljeća i obnovljen oltar Bogorodice Zaštitnice iz crkve Majke Bože na Placu.
