Monte Beach is located in the heart of the city, on the most famous promenade leading to the church on the hill. Although rocky, it also has a small gravel section as well as several paved places. It is surrounded by rocks, restaurants, bars and offers a view far to the sea and the island of St. Catherine.

I was amazed by the Island of St Catherine just around the beach and the nice restaurants with mouth-watering delicacies. Although the beach was rocky, it had clean water and nice natural shade from trees.

There's not much to this beach.I'd just say it's convenient for some alone time kind of vibe since the place is not quite engaging.You can just take some time off and sit next to the beach with some good music and enjoy the alone time. Taking a walk on the hill towards the church was quite an interesting adventure too.

Beach Monte is a wonderful place to relax after a long day of work. There are large shops, cafes and restaurants that you can buy food and drinks. the place is busy with activities since it is a favourite joint for many in the town. In the evening I enjoyed the beautiful sunset inn the horizon making my stay memorable. Such a wonderful place to be!
