Insel Lopud
Lopud ist die mittlere Insel der Elaphiten-Inseln.Ihr Name leitet sich von der griechischen Bezeichnung der Insel Delaphodia ab, obwohl die Römer, die dort einst eine Siedlung hatten, sie Lafota nannten.Die Insel hat eigentlich nur ein Dorf, das ebenfalls Lopud heißt und in der Bucht von Lopud liegt. Auf der anderen Seite der Insel befindet sich die sandige Bucht von Sunj. Diese kleine autofreie Insel ist absolut perfekt für alle, die dem Alltag entfliehen und ein paar ruhige Tage oder eine Woche in der Sonne verbringen und einfach nur genießen möchten. Sie können die Zeit auch nutzen, um auf den schönen Inselpfaden durch die üppige Vegetation zu wandern (vor allem auf einem Spaziergang zur Sunj-Bucht, wo Sie einen perfekten Vormittag verbringen können). Es ist auch möglich, Fahrräder zu mieten, um auf den Pfaden der Insel zu fahren, oder Kajaks, um Ihren Urlaub etwas aktiver zu gestalten!

I was thrilled to swim in the beautiful sandy beaches on Lopud Island. The crystal clear waters are warm to swim in while enjoying the cool breeze. I highly recommend it.

We had epic views of Lopud Island as from the beautiful fotress and museums. Elevated places give sunset views a superb look.

I and my friends were thrilled to discover that Lopud Island has many places to view magical scenes like the artistic black pavilions. The island is a fantanstic place to take beautiful memorable pictures. We shall come back again!

We witnessed the different Architectural structures in the island that were wonderful. The monastery and the churches were fantastic places to visit.

The accommodations in this island were in plenty with different themes and had great services. I enjoyed the food and the amazing scene.
