The Church of Our Lady of Mount Carmel is the first parish church of Selca on the island of Brač of simple Baroque forms, and was built at the bottom of a local square in the 18th century (on the site of an older church). The church was completed in 1850 or 1871, when the construction of the bell tower was completed. In the church, above the main altar, there is a beautiful sacral statue of Our Lady of Mount Carmel from 1850, and a plaster model of Meštrović's Christ the King is kept in the church.
