Stefanija's islet
Visit Stefanija's islet on Lake Kozjak. The islet was named in honor of Queen Shtefanija who visited Plitvice Lakes on September 5, 1888. Queen Shtefanija was the first woman from the Croatian famous Hapsburg-Lotharin dynasty to visit the lakes 70 years after the queen and Empress Caroline visited in mid - June, 1818.

It was good navigating in the waters of the sea. I liked the clear waters while engaging in fishing activities.

Shtefanijas islet is an amazing Island. It is fascinating with few buildings. A nature well conserved.

I am not a big fan of islets but this one was different. The boat ride was amazing, its shape was magnanimous, the coral reefs were beautiful. Im speechless

We toured the islet on the lake using a boat and the vegetation was beautiful and green having different species and the sight was amazing with the surrounding landscape.

The islet boasts of its blue waters and sandy beaches. I enjoyed surfing on the water and sand bathing on its sandy beaches.
