This little beach is located between the Tomashevac beach and the Chrnikovica beach.

It is surrounded by trees and pretty villas, and with its pebbled terrain and the shallow sea it makes for a great family beach. Moreover, a section of it has been arranged as a mini playground for children, and since this part of the beach is in the shade you will not have to worry about heat or sun exposure. The beach is equipped with showers and toilets, and a small cafe. Its best feature is its location - it is situated near the promenade, and yet far enough from the center of Opatija for you to avoid the summer crowds.

It looks particularly lovely in late afternoon and at sunset, and will make for a nice stop during your evening walk through Opatija.

Lipovica beach is a beach that is suitable for children. they have set aside a large area just for the children's playground. The pebbles in the beach just make it amazing. My two children have actually never forget the experience since I took the last summer. Such a nice place.

It is a lovely sea surrounded by trees and pretty villas, it has a shallow sea and has a mini playground for children,it also has natural shade and all facilities one needs.It looks lovely in the afternoon the sunset is always showing off.

I loved spending time with family in this magical location. Mariah had a chance to play with the other kids in the playground section area as I relaxed under the shade taking in the beauty of the blue waters. I will visit again soon.
