King Petar Kresimir IV Park in Pula was established in 1953. Seven years later, a fountain was built of Istrian stone, which symbolizes the bringing of drinking water to Pula from the source of the river Rasha. The park also houses an octagonal Roman mausoleum from the 1st century. Many different flowers have been planted, which bloom in all colors almost all year round.
