Dugi Rat Beach is located in the village of the same name not far from the town of Omis. The beach is located above the highway and is very popular with both locals and tourists, so do not be surprised if you encounter crowds. The beach is pebbly, and the seabed is covered with smaller pebbles. The entrance to the sea is gentle, shallow and favorable for all generations, especially for children who like to play in the shallows. The beach is semicircular and follows the coast of the village. Although there are no additional facilities or facilities on the beach, you will find everything nearby. Namely, just above the beach there are apartment complexes with coffee bars, restaurants and shops. The beach also lacks natural shade, so bring adequate protection.
