Plima began in 1998 as a small sale of ice cream. Founded by Borislav Sosic, the family business has grown into a restaurant over the years. Today, the tide is located right next to Brela's beautiful promenade, overlooking the beautiful beach and the enchanting turquoise Adriatic Sea. The menu consists of various specialties of Dalmatian cuisine with an emphasis on fish and seafood dishes, with modernism elements and techniques of preparation, processing and presentation of food. All foods used are fresh, seasonal and locally grown, which greatly contributes to the quality of the dishes themselves. Some of the restaurant’s specialties include cured meat delicacies, lamb glands, octopus under the baking lid, slow-cooked lamb, sea bass burger, grilled fish. The desserts are also delicious, mostly lavender ice cream. The wine list is rich, contains many top Croatian and foreign labels, and goes perfectly with the menu. The professional and friendly staff will be very happy to help you with your choice, and it is up to you to enjoy the rhapsodies of smell and taste.

I love this place because of its view on the beach. I think this is the best place for someone to have lunch since they prepare very nice dishes and drinks. I loved their ice cream.
