Restaurant Nono Ban is an attractive place surrounded by nature and greenery, led by Jaksa Versalovic, and is located right next to the road that connects Supetar and Bol on Brac. The menu is based on fish dishes and Mediterranean-Dalmatian cuisine with an emphasis on quality, freshness and seasonality of food. The main foundation of traditional Dalmatian cuisine is health, so Nono Ban decided to serve its guests completely organic, home-grown food. Namely, the staff only catches fish, and the family makes their own cheeses, meat delicacies, vegetables and brandies, and delicious wines.
