Uljara Grubic is a family farm from Bale. Olive groves cover an area of 5 hectares in the interior of the western part of Istria, in the area of Buje. The Grubic family has 8 hectares of olive groves, with about 1,600 trees, which gives about 1,000 liters of olive oil per year to the variety Buža and Rosinjola under the common name Valeo. The production of the oil itself is certified organic (without the addition of any pesticides), and cold pressing methods are used to preserve the nutritional value and richness of aroma and taste. You can buy and taste their olive oils and products in the oil mill, and in direct agreement with the family farm. Interestingly, within the Oil Mill is the Museum of Old Exhibits. Namely, the Grubic family completely restored the oil mill from 1930, presenting it in its original form, which includes: a stone mill, hydraulic pumps, a press, etc.
