Family farm Buretic
Family farm Buretic is located in Boljun in Istria. The Buretic family has a long tradition of animal husbandry, and today is one of the largest producers of dairy products in Istria. They get more than 1000 liters of milk a day from their cows. The milk is further processed into cheese and cottage cheese. They offer a wide range of products: semi-hard cow's cheese, smoked cheese, Skripavac, cottage cheese, curd, mozzarella, yogurt and butter. You can taste and buy products on the estate.
