This gorgeous palace in the town of Vis was named after its original owner, the merchant Luka Tramontana. It was built in 1911 and it is a fine example of the Neo Renaissance style in architecture. The front facade is divided into three parts, with a decorative arch above the doorway adorning the entrance on the ground floor. Each of the upper floors has a small balcony and a central window frame executed in the classic renaissance style. The entire facade is embellished with gilded decorations that give this polished stone palace a very elegant look. If you’re taking a walk along the streets of Vis you will find this beautiful building in Klapavica Square.
