The Ivan Sabolic Gallery was founded in 1983 in Peteranc, a small town in the immediate vicinity of Koprivnica as part of the Koprivnica City Museum. Ivan Sabolic was a respected Croatian post-war academic sculptor and freelance artist who left a great influence on the tradition of Croatian sculpture and art. Today, his most famous works are visible in the gallery - family portraits, the first sculptural works in clay, drawings, sketches, etc.
