The underwater remains of this ancient shipwreck are located near the bay of Okuklje, along a small reef, at a depth of as much as 13 to 20 m. Kr. Fragments of ancient amphorae can be seen in crevices of rocks up to 10 meters along the coast, meaning that these are amphorae that floated and shattered on the shore, and the wind and waves threw them further ashore or into the depths of the sea. Today they form a protected cultural asset of the island of Mljet.
