The center of the former Pazin principality was reached from the direction of Uchka via the Boljunsko field, on the edge of which, on a hill above the town of Paz in a strategic position, a castle was built. From here there is an amazing view of Boljunsko polje and high Uchka.
Today, a small part of this once powerful fortress has been preserved.
