Family olive groves contain 1600 olive trees of varieties Frantoio 35%, Leccino 20%, Istarska bjelica 20%, Buza 15%, Pendolino 10%. Olives are grown traditionally, picked by hand and processed using modern technologies. The production of the oil itself is certified organic (without the addition of any pesticides), and cold pressing methods are used.
