The Radosevic family farm is located in Brtonigla in Istria. They have been producing cheese for 20 years. Back then they were the first to register cheese production in Istria, and today they are one of the largest cheese factories in Istria. The estate is located at the top of a hill, surrounded by green pastures. They specialize in the production of sheep cheese, cottage cheese and cheese with truffles. Cheese is made from sheep's milk from their pastures. It is definitely worth visiting them and tasting excellent handmade, natural cheeses while enjoying the homely Istrian atmosphere.
