Poljak Winery is located on the coast in Zadar. The vineyards are located in the hinterland of Zadar, in the Benkovac-Stankovac vineyards. Poljak Winery has existed for only 15 years, but in that time they managed to produce top-quality wine. They succeeded thanks to their great love and desire to create great wines. The founder Trifun Poljak previously gathered knowledge on the high international wine scene, and he pours all his love into his wines. Poljak wines have won many awards so far, and they are also available on foreign markets. Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot Trifun, Syrah, Cuvée, Merlot and Maraština are on offer.
Within the Winery, there is a tasting room where you can taste and buy wines.
