Poljak Family Farm
The Poljak Family Farm is located in Sinj. The Poljak family has been developing its agricultural estate for generations, and today it is an established cheese producer. The new cheese factory was built in 2009 and meets all regulations and standards. They produce hard cheese, semi-hard cheese, Skripavac cheese, boiled young cheese, pasteurized milk cheese and cottage cheese. At the farm you can learn all about cheese production, taste the products and buy them.
