Pinkert Winery is located in Suza, Knezevi Vinogradi municipality. The Pinkert family’s wine story began more than 100 years ago, with the planting of several vines and a small family cellar. Today it is a modern winery that produces excellent wines. The vineyards are spread over 15 hectares of Bansko hill. It is a place where the ancient Romans produced wine two thousand years ago, as evidenced by numerous archaeological finds. The Romans named this area Mons Aureus (Golden Hill). They produce different types of wine such as Grasevina, Frankovka, Chardonnay and Cabernet Sauvignon. They are especially proud of their Cuvee, which they prepare from black varieties. Visitors are welcome to wine tastings.
