Ovo je jedini pravi akvarij koji vrijedi posjetiti u cijeloj Istri. Smješteno je u bivšoj vojnoj tvrđavi koja datira iz 1886. godine na poluotoku Verudela. Akvarij ima preko 100 spremnika s više od 250 vrsta. U pulskom akvariju nalazi se i centar za spašavanje morskih kornjača.

Me and my family enjoyed our visit to the aquarium at the old fort and witnessed the diverse fish species, marine species and other animals.
