When you walk through the old town of the Istrian town of Labin, it is almost impossible not to see the beautiful facade of a recognizable red color that adorns the baroque palace Battiala-Lazzarini. The construction of the palace started in the 17th century and part of it continued in the 18th. Occasionally, since 1960, the National Museum of the town of Labin has been located here, whose focus is to show the history and life of this town and its surroundings. Due to its red facade and architecture, the building has been declared one of the most beautiful in all of Istria.
