Peljeski vrhovi PZ Janjina Winery is located in Janjina on the Peljesac peninsula. Peljesac is one of the most famous wine-growing areas in Croatia and has a long tradition of growing vines and wine production. Thus, the agricultural cooperative Peljeski vrhovi was founded in 1902 in Janjina. Since its foundation, it has been working continuously, and today it has more than 152 members. In addition to the winery, the Cooperative owns an oil mill and a restaurant in the village. The winery is located in Drace, by the sea. This position has been suitable in the past to make it easier to fill wine into ships. The autochthonous variety Plavac mali is grown.
