Tavern Humac is located in a deserted village of the same name surrounded by lavender fields, eight kilometers east of Jelsa. It is a traditional tavern that has been serving its guests all the classic Dalmatian specialties for many years. Specialties are of course meat dishes under the baking lid such as lamb, octopus or veal, pasticada and seafood and fresh fish dishes that are purchased daily from local fishermen.
