Cheese Anini Sirevi is the name under which the family farm Trzic from Sisak places its products on the market. The story of the Trzic family's cheese production began almost ten years ago, motivated by curiosity and excess milk. From this idea arose a serious family business. Cheeses are produced according to traditional recipes, without artificial flavors and preservatives. They are especially proud of their cow's curd, which is on the menus of renowned Croatian restaurants.
