Histria Aromatica is a spacious arboretum and a kind of theme park about autochthonous, medicinal, aromatic and spicy Mediterranean plants.
This place provides an atmosphere in the beautiful fields of lavender, mint, chamomile, calendula, sage, and there are also native olive groves and lush vineyards.
Dry stone walls, landscaped promenades and rest areas have been built around the hill and between the terraces, which makes this place perfect for relaxing and getting acquainted with phytoaromatherapy.
From the top of the hill there is a magnificent view of the nearby Rovinj and Vodnjan coasts, and on the other side you can see the high mountain Učka.
The park offers workshops and education, a museum, galenic laboratories, concerts and an offer of local souvenirs and plant products produced in an original way.
