Atelier Mestrovic
Ein Kunstmuseum mit Werken des weltberühmten Bildhauers Ivan Mestrovic, der neben Zagreb auch in Paris, London, Wien und Rom tätig war. Aus zahlreichen Werken und Aufträgen schuf der Bildhauer Skulpturen, die heute sehr wertvoll sind und zu den berühmtesten der kroatischen Geschichte gehören, wie z. B. der Brunnen des Lebens oder die Geschichte der Kroaten. Nach seinem Tod schenkte das Museum, das auch sein Wohnhaus war, in dem er sich mit seiner Frau niederließ, der Stadt Zagreb über 300 seiner Skulpturen, die nun in der Dauerausstellung des Museums zu sehen sind.

The sculptures at this place were intriguing. They were very detailed showcasing wonderful pieces of art. The sculptor was definitely talented.

The paintings along the walls and in the sculptures was extraordinary. We liked how they were fabricated and enabled. Wonderful.

We visited the studio and home for the famous worldly known sculptor and the experience was amazing. We had the chance to see his amazing work pieces and had an awesome retreat that we enjoyed the sight of the art works.

The sculptors by artist Ivan Meshrovich are well detailed with realstic proportions and looks. I took my time to look and analyze each piece.
