Prosciutto Milohanic is a family farm in Tinjan (Istria). They are engaged in the production of Istrian prosciutto and other cured meat products (Istrian sausage, Istrian salami Kosnica, Ombolo, Istrian pancetta...). The plant is equipped with the most modern equipment and makes the most of the excellent climatic conditions of central Istria in order to obtain top-quality cured meat products. The production takes place without preservatives. Proofs of quality are numerous awards they have won for their products at various fairs and competitions.
