OPG Ivetac with a successful tradition since 1996 has located its native olive groves in the small town of Valtura, Istria. The primary activity of this family farm is olive growing, ie the production of top-quality, award-winning extra virgin olive oil. Olive groves contain trees of the Carbonaca, Buza, Pendolino, Bjelice, Leccino and Dalmatian varieties, and they cover 1 hectare of native soil. Olives are harvested by hand, grown and processed traditionally, their production is certified organic (without the addition of any pesticides), and the oil is cold pressed. You can buy and taste olive oils in specialized stores, and in direct agreement with the family farm.
