Ipsa Winery is located at the foot of town Oprtalj in Istria. It is a family farm that produces wine and extra virgin olive oil. The vineyards are located at 200 meters above sea level. Vineyards and olive groves are cultivated in an environmentally sustainable way and the fruits are treated exclusively with natural means. Technology and mechanization are minimally used in wine production. Ipsa Winery offers three types of wine: Malvasia, Pinot Gris and Santa Elena. Within the estate, there is a shop where visitors can taste wines and olive oil, and there are also guided tastings that include indigenous gastronomic specialties.
