Eggspress is an attractive, relatively new place on the Zagreb gastro scene that broke through very quickly thanks to its innovative concept. Namely, it is the first Zagreb restaurant specializing in egg preparation. Eggs Royale is one of their famous dishes, and also the best-selling. It’s cold smoked salmon on bread with three poached eggs and a Dutch sauce topped with poached eggs. Avomash toast includes a different source of protein, which is avocado. In addition, a boiled egg, smoked salmon, balsamic vinegar, and sunflower and sesame seeds were served.
