Splavarska street in Slavonski Brod is unique, and the only one in the whole of Croatia whose inhabitants actively live on the water throughout the year. Beautiful and landscaped driveways are scenes for a postcard. The street is most popular when weekenders think of swimming and sunbathing.

During the warm summer five months, ie until it gets cold, the residents of the street constantly hang out and enjoy, and on August 25 - the Day of the Rafters, the symbolic end of summer on the Sava is celebrated. The procession begins when the lit torches move towards the nearby bridge, followed by a descent by boat from the bridge to the Small Town Baths. Interestingly, the boats connect in groups and so with a traditional song they float to the beach where they then separate and return to their rafts.
