Many old records confirm that Marco Polo was born and lived on Korcula, as evidenced by his small stone house, which was renovated as a museum of Marco Polo and is a great attraction for tourists from all over the world because almost everyone knows who he was. Within the house-museum there is a beautiful tower which is one of the main attractions of the island because it provides an almost unreal view of the whole city which you have to immortalize with a photo.
