Plaža Izmeta spada pod mjesto Blato na otoku Korčuli, no nalazi se na obalnoj strani. Plaža je lako dostupna automobilom iz centra mjesta ili pješice ako se nalazite u nekom od apartmana na obali. Plaža je polukružnog oblika a sačinjena je od sitnijeg kamenja i zemljanog dijela. Sa obje strane plaže se protežu stijene koje uranjaju u more, no one vam neće otežati kupanje ili kretanje. Ulaz u more je blag i povoljan, a morsko dno prekriveno kamenjem. More je toplo, čisto i bistro. Ponad plaže nalazi se mala šumica gdje se možete sakriti od jakoga sunca. Vrlo često na plaži ćete vidjeti obitelji sa djecom, tako da ne očekujte privatnost. Na plaži nema dodatnih objekata ili sadržaja, no u neporesdnoj blizini ćete pronaći restoran, caffe bar i trgovinu.

The mediterranean vegetation that fall steeply into the sea on each side of the coast hides this beach from the public eye The sea here is deep, warm and of supreme purity. The beach and the seabed are covered with small pebbles,so be careful and watch out for hedgehogs. The entrance to the sea is gentle, shallow and suitable for all ages. I would recommend coming to the beach by car, although not far from the center on foot. . If you still decide to spend time in one of the cafes or restaurants nearby

The kids had a wonderful experience swimming out in the open with their dad. I took some me time and listened to some of my favorite books and music. It was a relaxing time away from home and the busy city. I will visit again soon.

Izmeta beach is favorable even for families with small children. Although there are rocks that plunge into the sea, swimming and other movements are not altered. The entrance to the sea is mild and the seabed covered with stones.
