Vesna Loborika cheeses are produced according to a traditional recipe in a modernly equipped cheese factory located in the Istrian town of Marcana. They make a variety of cheeses made from cow's, goat's, and sheep's milk of different ripening periods - from one day to twenty-five months. Vesna cheeses have won numerous national and international awards. In addition to cheese, the company also produces extra virgin olive oil. Within the cheese factory, there is a shop and bistro pizzeria where Istrian specialties with Vesna cheeses are served.
